Has the product you ordered not arrived yet and you ordered more than an hour ago?
All content should arrive within a five minutes of ordering, though it may sometimes take a bit longer if your network operator is busy. If you've been waiting for more than an hour please see next point.

Did you have enough airtime/credit to pay for your item?
If you are on pay-as-you then you need to have had enough credit on your mobile phone. If you don't have enough credit, you'll need to top up and re-order your item again. If you are on a contract please read on.

Do you have network coverage?
When you order a product you'll need to stay in an area where there's network coverage otherwise we can't deliver it, you may also have not actually sent the order, please check to make sure your text message has been sent and is not in the 'Drafts' section or the 'Outbox'. This means that it has not arrived with us yet. If this is not the case please read on.

Is your inbox full?
Your product will arrive as text message or a WAP link. If your message inbox is full, we won't be able to deliver your item. Just open your inbox and delete your old messages providing enough room.

Have you selected the right phone?
We know it sounds obvious, but there are so many. You can check your phone and model number here. If you discover you've ordered the item for the wrong phone, you'll need to order it again.

Have you used WAP before?
Almost all products are sent via a WAP link to your phone. The only exceptions are our Picture Messages, Monophonic Tones and Operator Logos - they arrive by text message. If you haven't used WAP before, you can check to see if your phone is configured correctly by connecting to any WAP homepage such as your network operators. If you are unable to do this, you will need to update your settings. To do this, simply contact your network provider. To find out more abut WAP please read our section on What Is Wap.

I want to order a download but I can't find my phone on your list.
We're sorry, but our products aren't compatible for your phone.

How do I order a Monophonic Tone, Operator Logo or Picture Message from the website?
Choose your phone from the phone selector and we'll show you which items your phone is compatible with. Just select the item that you'd like to download, by clicking the Download button. Follow the onscreen prompts for the method of purchase, this can be by Text Message (if available), Credit Card or Pay-Pal. When your product arrives on your phone simply follow the instructions on your phone's screen to download it. If you pay for your calls monthly, Fonepark will add the cost to your bill. If you are on Pay As You Go, we'll deduct the amount from the your airtime balance, please make sure you have enough airtime credit first.

How you save your order depends on which phone you have. When your item arrives, just follow the instructions on your phone's screen to save it. If you need any help along the way, use your phone's manual, you'll find all the info in there.

How do I order all other content from the website?

Please use the link provided either in the text message or from the WAP Push message. Your phone will then connect via WAP to download it.
